IS IT REAL?
The number one question we get asked is, "How do I know if it's real?". We source all our minoxidil directly from the states, where shipping agents physically enter stores and buy our stock, then they ship it to us here in the UK. The stock arrives in cases of 12 boxes, with each box containing 6 bottles When we receive the stock, we complete 5 checks: 1. We check the lot number on the case, then compare that with the lot number on each box, then compare those to the lot number on each bottle. Only if the lot number on the case, box, and bottle are the same can we be sure that they aren't fakes (fakers don't go into this level of detail). 2. We check that the lot number is different on each case. 3. We check that within the case the boxes sit on a display sleave, fakers don't include the display sleave. 4. We take one bottle from each case and do the crystal test, where we drop a little of the minoxidil on a warm clean surface and wait for it to evaporate, if there is a crystalline substance then we know it's genuine. 5. Those of us at THG who are losing our hair use the stock that we sell, we're our own guinea pigs! If you've started using our Minoxidil and your hair has started falling out, then this is actually proof that the stock is real, as this is a process called 'shedding' which only happens when using genuine minoxidil - stick with it, your hair will recover and become thicker than before
AARGH, MY HAIR'S FALLING OUT!
There are many things to consider when using MinoxidiI: Shedding - If you haven't used MinoxidiI before, or you haven't used it for some time, then the first thing that will happen is that you will notice excessive hair loss in the first few weeks, many people get cold feet at this stage. Your age - it is only effective on men between the ages of 18 and 55. Your type of balding - It is only effective on male pattern balding on the crown of the head, it has no effect on receding hairlines or frontal balding. Your sex - It only works for biological men, biological women should only use 2%. Time - Many people expect instant results but it can take over 4 months for the effects of MinoxidiI to be noticeable. Fate - MinoxidiI has been shown to be ineffective on around 10% of users.

HOW DO YOU SEND MY PACKAGE?
We send all orders by Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked, unless you choose the Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked option, at an extra cost of £2.95. If you order 2 or more bottles, you will receive FREE 24 hour tracked delivery. Times We ship the same day up to 5pm, unless it is a weekend, in which case we will ship up to 11am on a Saturday, otherwise it will be shipped on the next business day. '48 Hour' and '24 Hour' delivery times are 'aims' stated by the Royal Mail. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays, the length of time it takes for your order to arrive will most likely be greater than the times quoted. Also, despite our best efforts, and their best efforts, notwithstanding, The Royal Mail sometimes take longer than their stated hourly aims to deliver your order - please understand that this is out of our control. **If you supply an incorrect delivery address, then: - We will not accept liability for any lost or mis-delivered orders that are not returned to us. - If the order is returned to us, you will have to bear the cost of re sending the order to the correct mailing address. - If your order is returned to us because you provided and incorrect address, and you wish to receive a refund, the refund we issue will be less the cost of postage.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If we receive an order from an address located outside of these regions, the order will be cancelled, and your payment will be refunded via the original payment method. International **If you reside outside of the UK we will send your order by international 'Tracked and Signed For', with no guarantee of timescale either offered or implied. You may be required to pay duties and/or import taxes, or other charges related to international delivery. We will not be held liable for these additional payments.
WHY ISN'T IT BOXED?
Kirkland Signature and Member's Mark MinoxidiI are only sold in the USA, and are only sold in boxes of 6. Our shipping agent buys numerous boxes of six and ships them to The Hair Guys here in London. When we send your bottle, we take it from the box of 6 and pack it with a dropper. If you buy six, you get the whole box, which also contains one dropper and one info leaflet. HOW ARE THE BOTTLES SEALED?
Bottles are factory sealed with the seal tab glued to both the inside of the lid and the rim of the bottle, with the strongest bond between the seal tab and the inside of the lid. When you open the bottle you must press down and twist. The twisting action breaks the bond between the seal tab and the rim of the bottle, leaving the seal tab stowed in the lid.
OTHER SELLERS ARE CHEAPER, WHY?
Are they really cheaper? 1. Orders from THG INCLUDE free Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked delivery, other sites charge postage on top of the purchase price. 2. Kirkland and Member's Mark MinoxidiI are only sold in the USA by Costco and Walmart respectively, and neither company ships directly to the UK. 3. We import directly from the USA with the use of an intermediate shipping agent that charges us a purchase and shipping fee. 4. Because it's real, not fake.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the return please allow 7 working days to process your refund. Refunds will be made to the same account/card that the purchase was made on.
